Refund policy
All products are made to order, therefore we have a NO RETURNS / NON REFUNDABLE policy.
All orders are packed with care and insured when shipping. If for some reason the item/s get damaged during transit, you may be eligible for replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase and photo proof of damaged item/s.

If your replacement request is accepted, i'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept replacements on imperfect items, sale items, or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right for a request of replacement of your order within 14 days, for reason such as damaged upon delivery. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase and photo proof of damaged item/s.
Replacements
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a new replacement within 14 business days.
